Shipping policy

All orders are shipped direct from our studio in New Zealand with NZ Post overnight courier. Most orders arrive within 14 days of dispatch.

Shipping
Shipping is $6.50 nationwide, rural included. Free shipping on orders over $100.

Minimum order
Our minimum order is $20, excluding shipping. Because every order ships direct from our studio, even a single small item costs us the same to process and send as a larger order. The minimum helps us keep prices fair for everyone.

Stock availability
Occasionally a product will sell out faster than we can update the listing. If this happens, we'll contact you straight away. You can choose a full refund, or if you'd prefer to wait until the item is back in stock, we'll issue a store credit for half the value of the out of stock item as a thank you for your patience.

We currently only ship within New Zealand.
