What's covered
We offer a lifetime warranty against genuine manufacturing faults, the top comes loose, a stone falls out with no signs of wear, the post is damaged. If this happens, we'll replace it or refund you, no time limit, no questions asked.

What's not covered
Normal wear and tear isn't covered under warranty. Body jewellery is small and worn daily, some general wear is expected over time, that's different from a manufacturing fault. Loss, damage from an activity or accident, or a piercing reacting to jewellery it wasn't sized for also isn't covered.

How to make a claim
Email hello@studlife.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the issue, we'll take it from there.
