You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Body jewellery and hygiene
Because we sell body jewellery, items can't be returned or exchanged once opened, this is standard across the industry and comes down to hygiene, not us being difficult. If it's unopened and in its original packaging, it's eligible for return within the 30 day window.

Something arrived wrong or faulty?
Contact us straight away at hello@studlife.co.nz with photos if possible, we'll sort a replacement or refund, this isn't subject to the hygiene exception above since it's on us, not a change of mind.

Sale items aren't eligible for return.

How refunds work
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been longer than 15 business days since approval and you still haven't seen it, get in touch and we'll chase it up.
